Subprocessor List
Aleverum Global Pty Ltd may engage third party service providers to support hosting, infrastructure, security, development, communications, analytics, artificial intelligence and other platform operations.
Where a provider processes Customer Data or personal information on behalf of Aleverum Global Pty Ltd, it may act as a subprocessor or service provider depending on the applicable law, service configuration and contractual relationship.
The current provider list is maintained below. Processing locations may depend on provider infrastructure, account configuration, selected regions and authorised support access.
Customers requiring specific data residency, processing or transfer arrangements should address those requirements in the applicable Order Form, Data Processing Agreement or other written agreement with Aleverum Global Pty Ltd.

GitHub states that GitHub.com data is stored in the United States by default unless an eligible data residency configuration is used. Google Workspace data location controls depend on the account edition and configured region settings. OpenAI maintains a current Data Processing Addendum and subprocessor list for its applicable business services. Google describes Google Analytics as processing analytics information on behalf of its customers.
Changes to Subprocessors
Aleverum Global Pty Ltd may update this list when providers, services or processing arrangements change.
The Last updated date will be revised whenever a material change is made to the list.
Where a customer agreement requires advance notice or provides an objection process for changes to subprocessors, Aleverum Global Pty Ltd will follow the requirements of that agreement.
