These Website Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Aleverum website operated by Aleverum Global Pty Ltd (ABN 76 698 919 256). By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the website.

The website provides general information about Aleverum, Digital Product Passports, product intelligence, trusted digital identities, supplier and sustainability data, platform capabilities, partnerships and related services. 

Website content is general information only. It is not legal, regulatory, financial, environmental, certification, conformity-assessment or professional advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice appropriate to your circumstances. 

2. No guarantee of regulatory compliance

Digital Product Passport and product-sustainability requirements vary by jurisdiction, product category, delegated act, implementing act, standard, economic-operator role and supply-chain facts. Aleverum does not warrant that information on the website is sufficient to establish compliance with any law or standard. 

3. Accuracy and availability 

We seek to keep website information current and accurate but do not guarantee that all content is complete, error-free or continuously available. Regulatory, technical and standards information may change. Publication dates should not be treated as the date on which an underlying legal requirement becomes applicable.

Unless otherwise stated, the website, Aleverum name and branding, written content, graphics, interfaces, platform descriptions, documentation and other materials are owned by or licensed to Aleverum and are protected by intellectual-property laws. 

You may view and print reasonable extracts for internal business evaluation. You must not reproduce, modify, republish, sell, scrape, systematically extract, reverse engineer or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

Aleverum™ and associated names, logos and product identifiers are trade marks or branding of Aleverum or its licensors. Use of the ™ symbol does not necessarily mean a mark is registered in every jurisdiction. No licence is granted except as expressly agreed in writing.

You must not use the website to: 

• Break any law or infringe another person’s rights; 

• Attempt unauthorised access, testing, scanning or disruption; 

• Introduce malware, harmful code or automated traffic that degrades the website; 

• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation; 

• Scrape, harvest or extract information at scale without permission; 

• Use website content to make misleading claims about Aleverum, certification, regulatory approval or partnership status.

Participation, membership, technical alignment or partnership does not mean that a third party certifies or guarantees Aleverum or customer products.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aleverum excludes liability for loss arising from reliance on general website content, inability to access the website, third-party links, unauthorised use, or decisions made without appropriate professional advice. 

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited only to the extent permitted by law.
